2025 Pickleball Rule Changes. Usa pickleball has announced several key rule changes set to take effect on january 1, 2025, aimed at promoting fairness and clarity in the game. Every year, pickleball players submit proposed changes to the rules of the game, to usa pickleball, and other players have the opportunity to comment on the proposed changes.

Change time players are allowed to call time out to eliminate gamesmanship. Rule change submissions will close on may 15th, 2024, at 11:59 pm.
